Simply Helping Our World
For short, you can say SHOW, this was an evening of fashion and more presented by PCS Nitrogen at the Hyatt Hotel in Port of Spain tonight. All proceeds were forwarded to the United Way. I had the opportunity to work with International Makeup Artist, Mr. Ephraim Hunte for the first time. Mr. Hunte was the Makeup Director for the show and he is creative as hell. Early this morning he asked me to cut some stencils for designs to placed on the foreheads of the very young models. Mr. Hunte is very professional and I took every opportunity to admire is work (as well as his kit). I met one of his graduates Nina Alcantara, who reminded me of myself as I noticed she was very hygienic and well prepared, I saw some similarities in our kits 
. At the show, I was given the responsibility of body art on the guys for a section of the show which had a very Egyptian mood to it. So I pulled out every hieroglyphic and Egyptian eye I could think of and drew on the faces, necks, chests and backs of the male models. A few of the female models who I knew from before were somewhat conscious of their minor stretch marks for the swimsuit sections so I ended up doing a little camouflaging as well. All in all, after a very long day the fashion show was fun and a success!
