So this one is pretty interesting… This chapter is entitled “Colour Theory” so it explains colour combination and colour values. As well, you can find information on applying eye makeup for different eye shapes. Eyebrows, Eyelining, Mascara, False Eyelashes and Lip Tips are also covered in this chapter.
